Magnetic sheet whiteAmong others, a magnetic foil can serve as a visual advertisement carrier. An advertisement produced in this way is removable easily, it does not damage the substrate like standard self-sticking foils. Potential graphics can be applied using screen printing, off-set or self-sticking foil. It always depends on the colours required and a motif that is to be applied on the foil.

Magnetic adhesion depends on the thickness of the material on which the foil should be applied. Magnetic foils may be cut with standard shears or, possibly, cut down to requested pieces.

Magnetic self-sticking sheetSelf-adhesive magnetic foil does not serve as a magnetic board for magnet fastening. To be used this way, iron content is too low.

Magnetic foil tear-off force based on its thickness

Foil thickness Tear-off force
 0,4 mm 20 g/cm²
0,5 mm 29 g/cm²
0,7 mm 40 g/cm²
1,0 mm 58 g/cm²
1,5 mm 68 g/cm²
2,0 mm 84 g/cm²

We measured the tear-off force using a steel plate with the thickness of 5 mm and considering zero gap between the magnetic foil and steel plate.

Magnetic foil – tear force at shear is 1/4 of the tensile tear force (see the left table).
